SHIPPING METHODS

Holiday season delivery: We guarantee delivery by December 24th for any order placed until December 19th (11:00 AM Paris time) for France via Colissimo, and for the rest of Europe and international destinations via DHL.


France:

Your order will be shipped to your home by Colissimo with signature on delivery, from Monday to Saturday, within an average of 2 to 4 days (excluding public holidays)

Europe and International Shipping:

- DHL Express:

Europe: 2 to 3 business days

International (outside of Europe): 3 to 6 business days (timeframe varies depending on the destination)

- DHL Standard:

Europe only: 3 to 5 business days (timeframe varies depending on the destination)

Delivery may take longer during busy periods or if items are unavailable.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control (bad weather, logistical disruptions, etc.) may also result in delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, and an email or text message with the shipping details.

If you’re out, a non-delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return via your customer account or the Initiate a Return page.

Exceptional return period: For any order placed between 11/04 and 12/24, you may return your order until 01/12. In this case, you must contact our AMI Client Care team via the contact form or by phone to submit your return request.

These are the steps to follow:

1. Register your return request

Go to our online form: Create a return

Or, if you have an amiparis.com account, you can sign in to access the relevant order and click “Create a return” (this option will be available for 14 days from the day after you’ve received your order).

Once you have completed the form and had your request approved, you’ll receive an email with:

- Confirmation of your return

- A prepaid returns label to print and attach to your package.

Please check your junk/spam folder.

2. Prepare your items

Make sure every item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with any original labels still attached.

Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box and placed inside a suitable package. Personalized products, swimwear, and underwear cannot be returned.

AMI PARIS reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not respect the above conditions.

3. Prepare your package

Please use the original packaging wherever possible. You do not need to add any forms to your package. Carefully seal the package and attach the prepaid returns label. Make sure there are no other labels on the package.

4. Drop off your package

Drop your package off at a post office, approved retailer, or mailbox according to the Colissimo instructions included in your email.

5. Processing and refund

Once our warehouse has received your package, they’ll carry out a quality inspection within a few days.

If the return meets our conditions, you’ll receive confirmation via email. You’ll be refunded within a period of 14 days via the payment method used for the purchase.
