Orders made on are delivered worldwide, with the exception of a few countries.

Orders are prepared within an average of 1 to 3 business days*, which may take longer during busy periods. In addition to this logistical time, the below delivery times must also be taken into account.

Orders are delivered by DHL (Express or Standard, depending on the destination).  

DHL only delivers on business days, according to the average delivery times below , given for information purposes only:


- Europe : 1 to 2 days (not including Cyprus)

- USA : 1 to 3 days

- Rest of the world : 1 to 4 days (with exceptions)


- Europe only : 2 to 5 business days (with exceptions)

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a stock shortage.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, may result in delivery delays.

Tracking your delivery

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and you will be notified by email or SMS of the delivery details.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during order validation and depend on the following factors:

- country/location

- the delivery option chosen from several different shipping methods (Express or Standard)

The prices of each available option are displayed during order validation.

Europe: Standard delivery is free for all orders over €300 for the European Union and over £270 for the United Kingdom.

USA and Australia : Free delivery with no minimum purchase amount

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it, by following the steps below:

  1. 1. Register your return request

    • by filling in the following form: Initiate a return .

    • by logging into your customer account on . Simply click on "return items" in the order. This link will be available within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.

    Once you have submitted the form, you will receive confirmation of your request by email, along with a prepaid return label to print out and full instructions for returning your package.

  2. 2.  Make sure the items are in their original condition and that all labels are attached. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to refund you.

  3. 3. Place the items in their original packaging. You do not need to add a returns form inside your package.

  4. 4.  Seal your package and affix the prepaid return label received by email.

  5. 5. Drop off your package at one of the courier's collection points. You can find a list of collection points by selecting the link in the email confirming the registration of your return. Alternatively, choose an address and time you would like the courier to collect the return package.

We recommend that you check that the courier scans your parcel at the time of collection, to ensure that your return can be tracked. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, our teams will perform a quality check within the following few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

To be accepted and refunded, the return should comply with the following conditions :

  • Garments must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and with their original labels. 

  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original condition (including the soles). They must be returned in their original boxes within an exterior packing box. 

  • Personalized products cannot be returned.

Ami Paris reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above conditions.
